Cleveland Golf 1 Tour 4 Irons Set

Cleveland Golf 1 Tour 4 Irons Set
Cleveland Golf CG1 Tour irons are designed for consistent ball striking, distance control, and a new level of forgiveness rarely seen in a blade. The split cavity back long irons and muscle back mid/short irons maintain a traditional look while providing extra forgiveness and the workability and feel of a blade. Adding to breakthrough Zip Grooves technology, CG1 irons feature an innovative laser milled surface roughness technology. Using the precision accuracy of a laser, each face boasts a perfectly consistent surface texture, to the conforming limit. The combination of dimensionally optimized grooves and surface texture create a consistent, do-it-all iron. A True Temper Dynamic Gold shaft has a 0.3555 tip, 0.6 butt, high flex point, and D2 swing weight.

Stainless steel construction and a large clubface help shift the center of gravity deeper for a variety of green-side shots.

Club Features

  • Zip Grooves: Innovative laser milling technology creates 25% bigger grooves with precise, pristine edges, which increases "zip" and shot consistency, especially from poor lies. The integrity is maintained via application of a proprietary coating to each groove for protection during the sandblasting process. Conforms to 2010 USGA groove rule.
  • Laser Milled Face: Using the precision accuracy of a laser, each face features perfectly calibrated texture lines milled between each groove exactly to the conforming roughness limit. Laser Milled face technology optimizes ball-to-face friction and maximizes spin within the Rules of Golf.
  • Tour Split Set The CG1 Tour split set design, inspired by PGA Tour players, features cavity back long irons and short iron blades to create the perfect combination of workability and forgiveness.

The three most important clubs in golf and how to practice with them

Harvey Penick's Little Red Book, said, drivers, putter and wedge were the biggest club in that order. Ben Hogan said, "said the driver, putter and wedge. Penick went to the reasons for its order to give, but we've never heard of Hogan's reasons for his. Here are collected, what I read from the writings of Hogan.

If you hit a good drive will take you to attack. He leaves the ball in the fairway here, the green can be attacked, and the pin. We recommenda plan at the beginning of each hole and the ball from tee to the right place is essential to implement the plan.

Golf Clubs

Hogan off the tee was not interested in the distance. The ball "out there in the fairway" was not good enough for him. He had scored a point where he wanted the ball and end his goal was to meet there.

The putter is in addition, of course. Suggest close approach shot does not count if you sink the birdie shot. Getting on the GreenScheme does not apply if your approach putt close enough to get to do the second.

Yes, Hogan hit his neighbor iron, but did not hit six birdies iron with both feet. In his first tour was considered one of the best of 10 feet, and has done his share of the 12 - to 15-footers, too.

From another point of view, I heard Byron Nelson, Hogan contemporaries say, a televised speech of golf from 1950: "If you can go, and you can putt, you can use this gameGame. "

And the wedge. Sometimes we miss a green, or in case of a par 5, we need to have a third shot. Hogan was proud of the fact that it gets her tight wedge shots. He felt if I could, there was no way a needle is hidden from you. In fact, he called his pitching wedge its "balance" and Ben Hogan Iron Sets do not include an association with P or PW. Everyone has an E.

How can this inform your performance? Practice your swing with short irons. Hit very few driversPractice. It is a seductive club, you can ruin. If a driver of success a little Just Stand Up 'as straight, play the ball forward, swing and use the short irons. That's all you have to do.

Do not put all the chances to achieve. Practice your stroke at home every day for about ten minutes with 3 - to 8-foot putt. Every time you go into the area and leave practical approach to put the ball 30 meters by 18 inches.

Wedge? Find two distances, 30 feet and 60 feet, andTo put into practice to get the ball on a dime from every shot.

If you practice this way, you can play your best golf courses and a difficult path.
